02Data Controller Details

Rizzy's Jetwash & DIY acts as the Data Controller for customer information processed in connection with pressure washing, exterior cleaning, driveway restoration, patio cleaning, painting, decorating, handyman services, garden maintenance, maintenance services, quotations, marketing and administration.

03Legal Basis for Processing

08Photography, Videography and Media Recording

We routinely create before, during and after photographs and videos of work areas. Such records may be used for operational evidence, quality assurance, training, insurance claims, dispute resolution and marketing. Customers may withdraw marketing consent, but operational evidence may continue to be retained where lawful.

09Drone Operations

Drone operations shall comply with Civil Aviation Authority requirements. Aerial footage may be collected for inspection, operational planning, evidence gathering, progress documentation and marketing. Reasonable efforts will be made to minimise capture of neighbouring properties and individuals.

10CCTV, Smart Doorbells and Surveillance Systems

During service delivery we may encounter CCTV, Ring doorbells, smart security systems and other recording technologies. Footage may be reviewed where necessary to investigate incidents, verify work completion, defend legal claims, handle complaints or satisfy insurance requirements.

Interactions through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and other platforms may be retained. Reviews, comments, testimonials and user-generated content voluntarily provided may be republished for promotional purposes subject to applicable law.
